when you debuff dex or tech, it goes to zero

when you debuff strength it stops at 2-3

fix this... 29 strength-31=-2
people with negative strength attack for 0 strength damage and just weapon damage.

Minimal damage has to exist. You cannot let defence go ahead of offence, hence why it's minimally better than 0-0 defence.

you cant hit less than 3
adding 2 strength to that will not change it for defensive builds.
those two are independent of each other.

and also, i think you should have defence go ahead of offence.
if someone has a nicely defended char. then they should get the full extent of the shield they have. a minimum damage of 1 is more accurate.

if its about finding a balance then that is a major issue that i would like to see thought on
