The amount of time you have for the first turn should be increased. That should give us more time to look at the opponent's build. It should help people with laggy connections plan out their strategies better, instead of not looking at builds/blind fighting. I was thinking about 25 seconds, but idk.

you have 15 seconds :/

3 to check opponent 1
another 3 to check opponent 2

and 9 seconds to think, which isn't that bad

Agreed.


Reasoning being people with poor internet and lagg times of the ED servers can limit the thinking time to 0-5 seconds. (0 meaning the skipped lagged turns)

Did you not read about the people with laggy connections part? Also, I don't have a laggy connection and I use almost the whole 15 seconds to think of what to do.

I have another idea. How about we get about 5 seconds before the battle starts to look at builds?

No because we already get the time when the game decides who goes first. That ends up being quite a bit of time and you want to add 5 more seconds onto that?

No way. Lower your support if you need more time, then you rarely go first.

The game lags ALOT for me. My turn will end when the timer reaches 5 seconds, and I don't have a problem with it. It shouldn't really take you more than 2 seconds to decide, 4 at the most if you're stumped.

Well this IS the downside of going first :P
