Since omega, all weapon have become same in stats different in style and unique cores.I think most players can now freely pick the weapon suited best for their character style. Like Same color Aux,sidearm and primary. I think there should like a fitting room so that you can see if that weapon really suits your style or when you click the weapon there's a preview of the wep eqiupped in your char.

Now now, if you recolor your weapons, the stereotypically blue energy weapons would be much harder to identify.

I'll go with the fitting room idea where you can "View" potential equipment, but recoloring, no.

Recolor yeah! >:D but not the edge of it where it glows blue for
energy :p.

I donno I'm kinda... indifferent cuz I always found it fun trying
to make a style match all my weapons.
