Those are just a few, but I think are the most important ones to mention. Everyone on the team puts in 100% effort. Things may not go our way all the time, we hit roadblocks and often as in every game you work on you have to problem solve constantly for a better solution. These things take an enormousness amount of time and brain power. Burn out is a thing we constantly have battle. Since the hours we put into the game isn't a simple 9-5 plan like other full time jobs with weekends and vacations off. That simply isn't in our DNA. These are not excuses of the progress of the team, just an explanation to consider.
