 I think the Chats on these NPCs should go to the next level!
This is what I mean:

Say if you said to a NPC:
What is my name?
The NPC should say:
Your name is Sir Hulk.

Or if you say to a npc:
Hello noob
It should reply and say for example:
I am not a noob; you are the noob!

You get the point; would be cool though.

If you still don't understand go on this link for a taster:

And then go on ''Chatbot''. Try talking to the chatbot on what ever you like. If the chatbot doesn't understand it will say 'How may I help you?'; something like that. It would be a cool feature added into these NPCs ;P.

Imagine you said to an NPC:
I'm going to win!
Then he said:
No, Sir Hulk I will win with the power of exiles!

You should get the point now.

Increased server calls will cause increased lag.

I think the NPCs should be given voices too.

It doesn't increase lag at all. I've seen this in action and have made one for myself.

This would take an immense update to the Artificial Intelligence of the NPCs, it would take alot, and i mean alot of time to implement this.
For that reason, not supported.
They have better things to do then this.
