when reach level 35 you can start all over again at level 1 but you get something special.

rating points and unlocking a passive for your character's class. each class has its own special passive.

Have you heard what's happening to the passives?

how about instead of getting a new core, you can prestige and just get a high rating points achievement. and ALL your equipment will be reset to first level (that includes removing ALL CORES even the locked ones). Id support a prestige mode if it happened that way.

I support as what classifiedname said. But locked cores remain on, and no class specific cores.

there are a lot of them 35s. hmm well I think it will help migrate some of the level 35 to level 1. I wouldn't worry about it though. sounds like luxury the war is at hand right now.

All changing into passives.

Good idea, however I disagree with cores; they shouldn't be removed - after all a level 1 player has access to cores if he wants to buy them.

Not supported.

With this idea it would cause newer players to feel the pain of being bullied by older ones. I say this because for starters they have only the primary and armor, while you will have all your gear from level 35 and the credits/varium to power it up.

If anything this will discourage new non varium players.

I like this idea, give us old 35's a chance to run back through the levels. I do miss fighting jugg's not just being one...

@Mother1

Obvy our gear would be temp debuffed to match our level.

Also there is already people making alts and just farming for a day-week to full gear for the alt's lifetime.... I've taught a new friend to do it.

@ bloodpact

Making alt =/= lowering your main down to level 1

with a new alt you don't have all the credits you would have from your main that got downgraded from level 35. Which means you already have a currency advantage over them. Also even with you weapons downgraded you still have all your weapons which is 2 more then a level 1 account starts with (side arm and armor). Even if they removed the cores from your gear as well what is to stop said person from buying more cores with all their currency something which a non varium alt won't have access to from the get go.

So far here is my issues with this

1 Alt only has 1000 credits to start with while main converted back to level 1 has whatever currency they had before leveling down. In most cases more then 1000 credits.
2 Alt only starts with primary and armor while a main converted back has everything they had before they leveled down
3 Alt especially non varium alt can't afford cores right away as active cores cost 10K credits and passives cost 6K each. Player who leveled down unless they have little credits or varium from before can get these core easily.

I won't add the exp factor since that can't be helped no matter what, but give all these things in new players especially non varium's will be not only at a Experience disadvantage, but an equipment and core disadvantage against these players.

Even if all the cores you have were removed for this what is to stop you from buying new cores with your currency? At level 1-10 you can't fight NPC without leveling up so players within that range will be even more vulnerable to these reincarnating older players.

Like I said you should reread this, I would add to the level 1-10 being vulnerable by making you start prestige at level 10 where all the
farmers start their life. Here is a link to my friend and no he did not use varium just farmed credits at level 10 like all farmers--> Whackedup . Also you would not regain your varium gear until later levels, you would unlock them I suppose.
You can still see all the yeti pelts from killing the level 10 frost reaper over and over again.

Another thread about starting over again; won't we all want to do that when we reach an old age?

This will make everyone enjoy the challenges they had before but with more experience. Because a lot of players might want to start over again, there might not even be much point in staying as a level 35 once you get there. Although the population of levels 35's are quite high right now, after this feature is added, it might drop- dramatically.

This is already happening but you need to invest Skill Points to get them. With the new changes planned for after the War, this will just have to become a Core (probably just for the Armor and that will have a lot of problems). You can't just add another slot because that means reducing the size of the buttons (during battle) or adding another column/row.

@ scyze

If the population of level 35 is so high how come we don't fight our levels more often when at level 35 and we are getting so many lower levels fights? If the population were so high then we wouldn't have threads saying "2 vs 2 and 1 vs 1 at from the range 30-32 is unfair." Plus if this idea came into play anyone who didn't want to use this feature would either

A be forced to use it because the masses went back to lower levels and there are very few players within their player range

B Wait for longer periods of time only for matches to most of the time out level their peers due to this feature.

@Mother1,
Now how many of those level 35's do you think still play? Those players who would get hundreds/thousands of wins in a week haven't been doing that right now. Why? Some because there's nothing to accomplish and others because the fun has been destroyed.

This will probably make a lot of those inactive players start over.
