Are You Ready for a Challenge?
After weeks of controlling events from behind the scenes, Administrator 10 and the mysterious Exile Leader are ready to step into the spotlight, and they’re taking matters into their own hands! Team up with a friend to challenge these foes and claim their achievements for your own! These bosses will be some of the most challenging in game, but we’re not without mercy. To make it easier to triumph over these foes, we’re raising the level cap!


Level Up!
At long last, we have increased the level cap to 36. It won’t be quick or easy to reach so we’re sure there will be a mad dueling dash to be the first to reach it. The first players to reach this goal will be able to upgrade their gear and skills to become the most powerful duelists on Delta V! Will you be strong enough to defeat Administrator 10 and the Exile Leader?

Daily Missions
In between duels, Administrator 10 and the Exile Leader will have some new tasks for you. Check back with them daily for missions and rewards. The missions will be part of a chain so players will need to complete all of them in order to receive the best reward! To keep missions from becoming monotonous, we’ll be cycling in new chains each day to guarantee that there’s always something exciting to do on Delta V!

Arcade Returns!

Remember the Arcade? We haven’t forgotten, and we’re working on implementing a new and improved version next week. Under the new system players will be able to deposit Arcade Tokens for a chance to win anything from a pile or credits, to never-before-seen weapons, to previously retired rares (gasp)!

This is like the wheel of doom, I hope that frostbane it's not there, it's rare so I doubt it.


2 new cheevos and 2 more fun battles, Hope that as an exile I can battle the exile NPC and get the cheevo too.

 Something tells me the new Arcade is AQW's Wheel of Doom or AQ's Golden Gift Boxes. I won't mind as long as if it was to give us free tickets on say monthly basis - like AQ does to upgraded players, or in ED's case, those who've ever purchased Varium - or have low Varium price. Even more so if they'll be coreless weapons, because incentive will be lower to bother with it.
Or how AQW did it - free players get one per month + AC to purchase a ticket, and those who have purchased Varium can get one weekly (since it'd be any purchase, not Membership required like in AQW).

We shall see. I'm keen on seeing how it works. Unless it's just PvP but more balanced or something, so you won't waste your Arcade Tokens. We need moar info. .-.

I can't remember how the arcade worked before even though I was around at the time, but it did involve PvP, so I'm guessing this will too. Maybe you spend credits in order to PvP for tokens, and tokens can also be bought with Varium as a nice option for the lazy ones out there.

I wasted spended all my battle tokens there! I hope it will have other stuff than PvPs for rewards.
The old arcade system was that you enter battle tokens, then get a fight and if you win, you may win stuff.

 Or maybe Arcade Tokens will be received from say Daily Missions? For example, do 5 fights (any but NPC) and you get 1 Arcade Token. And the Token would work like the AQW's Wheel of Doom.

That'd be quite good in fact. Incentive to PvP *and* you may get lucky to get a rare weapon, or just bonus Credits. :D Or just use Varium to purchase Arcade Tokens (like Tickets in AQW). Quite a potential!

This was tweeted few minutes ago. So, in fact, I've nailed it in my previous post. Got it correct. :p

In a way, it's similar to a drop system but you can PvP your way through (x fights for a Token (per day?)) or buy them if you want a rare item - so just like Wheel of Doom (AQW) and Golden Gift Boxes (AQ). :D

I just might actually log on once a week or so now thanks to them bringing back the arcade. I never got to try it but it seems like people really enjoyed it back then.

Oh, I think the Achievement on the left is for defeating Exile Leader and the right one is for defeating Administrator 10. I think this is true because the Achievement themselves resemble the faces of the bosses.

^Alright, calm down people. The last drops in arcades were credit rewards(the highest was 10,000), the hoverbike and the assault bot. Hopefully, they should show a list of prizes in the arcade so people can know what items they could receive.

How about returning everyone their battle tokens from the token contributor achievement and converting them back to arcade tokens with their main purpose to simply use the arcade? It may seem unfair for people who donated 20k+ tokens but you might make more people return to this game. I was able to donate 19,885 tokens and receiving a 500 rating point achievement isn't worth it, honestly. To be fair, players who DO NOT HAVE the token contributor achievement should be given 100 tokens upon the update so they can try it out(or less). The ones who do have the achievement should receive their tokens based on how many tokens they have donated from the token contributor achievement and shouldn't be given an extra 100 from the update.


Anywho, it's great to see the arcade back. Just please do not return ultra rares or unique items that were promos as part of the prize list in the arcade. You'll simply make returning players(assuming there were any such as Beta - Delta who had promos back then) angry and ripped off.

I have to ask is friday the 13th cheevo coming back? While I already got this cheevo with my main, I want to claim it with my alts, and since tomorrow will be friday the 13 it should be coming back.

I love this... But the rares... That may bug me. As long as they aren't promo items I'm good. I spent good money on promo items (stun gun, delta knight, omega onslaught) to ensure an edge. If they just give it away in the arcade... I'd be mad. Other than that, so excited!
And the bosses! YES.

In order to keep the arcade from being broken and unfair they had to apply at least some balance fixes since the start of Omega.

Well, the arcade might actually be incentive to play now.... but I found so many productive things I like to do too that ED takes time away from D:
