This would be good, because:

• It's on the same screen as a retrainer. Losing battles? Click on him to retrain, perhaps.
• It has, historically, been an old hangout spot (Oz 7). Bring back tradition in the game, and make it so when old players come there to check out activity, it doesn't look completely dead.
• People can fight there while checking between battles if anyone has showed up there that they can talk to.

the current system of flags where you HAVE to be in the flag's screen kinda ruined OZ.

now players are forced to be spread out around Delta V or they dont get influence.

not saying its a bad system for flags, but if you're expecting there to be an old school OZ hangout, this new flag system doesn't help it.

Well players would now be fighting at this place instead of just relaxing and talk. Take Xraal for an example: There is a stat trainer, a Vendbot, a flag, can change your name, and a Merchant. A lot of people do appear there, but no one ever stops to talk.
