i think that this core is really weak and need to be enhanced with some things i have 2 variants :

this way
1. we make this attack do normal damage


2 or we make this attack to od 80 % damage

 The core is to be used for the effect, not damage... If Piston Punch is weak, then so is Generator. It's locked to 3 damage because it shouldn't deal any in the first place - like Generator - so why should it deal more? It has 2 effects - draining and returning Energy - whilst other cores which deal damage (i.e. Platinum's Pride) have one effect.

I would like to see piston strike changed to some form static smash = no interference with rage, as discussed in this thread.
