Bug: Its been a couple of weeks, everytime i find a treasure chest it doesnt give out what its supposed to & i've
tried this in, Fairwind springs, Granmores haunted house, Crossroads & Random battles.

50 XP and 210 Gold is correct for a Huge Treasure Chest. It sounds like the Encyclopedia has not been updated.

Bug Info:ok i was saving money for gilded set, i was doing the maze got to about 120,000 and than i got 0 gold, so i tried to fight a monster and got 0, i logged off tried again still 0, what do i do?... i was doing vince's maze, getting the 2.4k cash and 1.6k exp, exp stays good i no longer get cash though.

I have the same problem as Firefox 26.
My character username have change from Ergo to Character Name.

@gandalfia: You have hit the gold caps.

@above: It's known. You have the latest version of flash, which explains why you have Character Name as your name.

^ I'm not sure, but there are things in the master account that have bonuses in the other games..

For example: DF's Guardian Class, WF's warpguardian discount, MQ's guardian mechs and AQW's guardian class...

Bug Info: Enter the code to obtain the special collector's item after receiving the dragon's secret from hero mart but did not receive anything at all for my character
What's the bug? Did not get anything out of my purchase of the dragon's secret
Where is this happening? i don't know

Dragon fable Guardian Verification Issue

Bug: The message says "AdventureQuest User Account already been used to activate an account!", but I've never used it to activate an account before. I can't become a Guardian in Dragonfable

I logged out with close to 5 mln gold (like 4.7?) When i logged in and checked i had 700k.

Screenshot link: No screenshot. How could i predict something like this but i am sure you have logs or smthing that can prove that i had that gold.

Probably in the next couple weeks. If a refund does take place, probably around a month in total wait. Nothing to be extremely worried about

Bug: Every time I go to a class I train to level 10 it my data disappears.

Edit:I train and then it says you don't have the ranks.

Edit:This appears on all class I have trained.

Right now it says that you're a Knight. Are you hitting the "Redo Basic Training" button? That resets your Knight training. ~In Media Res

Dragonfable Guardian Verification Problem

Bug: I tried linking my two accounts but it says that may AQ account was already used to activate a DF account. I've never used it to update anything. Because of this, I can't become a Guardian in Dragonfable.

Not sure when it happened, i just log in one day and found out that my XP Drop from 1+mil to 11k+
Level was still at 95 though.

Before bug occurred: Playing as per normal
(Step by step details please)

-During Bug: Just reached lvl 95 then i logged out without checking, when i log back in, my XP drop

After bug/game crash: xp becomes 11k+ while Level was still 95.

-Did the game kick you out? no
-What was the error message/code? no message/code

@blackhumor: Actually, I think that is working as intended. The value of "XP" you see when you hover over your character's face in game is how much XP you have at your current level, not how much you have overall. So the >1M XP you saw before was how much you got between level 94 and 95. The 11k you see currently is how much you have between level 95 and 96.

If you check the Master List, you can see how much XP you need to reach your next level. So according to that page, to get to level 95 You would have needed 110*1.1^95 = 941,234.365 XP to level up. This is less than the 1M you saw, so it is possible the formula in that post is no longer correct, but it is about the same.
