What do guys think?

I know I've made many threads in the past about this, but I believe the skill is not on par with the other skills that were recently changed to actives...
I feel CH is really UP. I mean, when I look at BM, it can health and energy regen.

 You know what, I was actually thinking about this the other day. The reason for first few nerfs to SC was Plasma Armor's fault but now, this shouldn't be the case anymore. I'd say a small buff would be good, but not too big (such as being close to Assimilation/Static Smash (return wise)).

 It's... big. Still adjusting my build, especially after loss of DA and BloodLust - although Mark of Blood ain't that bad - but people are actually trying different strategies. I have objections here and there - such as passive Armors being a bit too weak or the Battery scaling too fast - but need more time.

Have you faced a BM with the Energy parasite? It's crazy...

 I use it with my Plasma Cannon build. It's highly dependant on opponent's current Energy + it has fixed low damage.

I have faced them, and I use the same counter I would with static smash. In other words drain my energy with moves and by doing that the move is now worthless. That is the weakness of energy parasite for those who don't use EMP, static smash, Atom Smash Etc.

As for Static it could use a small buff IMO since plasma armor isn't an issue anymore.

I still beat them, but I mean as in you can still get energy much more quickly in the beginning of the fight with Energy Parasite and Atom Smash. Sure, Static Charge CAN get you infinite energy since it only relies on damage, but it's not always enough at the moment.
