Combine 1 with Distilled Doom Essence to form Unreal Skullstaff of Doom

  • This version of 'DOOM' DoT effect can be overwritten by the following On-Hit DoT specials from the following weapons:
  • Special initially applied a 20% Magic Darkness DoT effect, to target for 5 turns, at a 5% chance; this was changed to a 40% DoT, at a 10% chance on September 8th, 2023.
  • Weapon is animated; the red doom threads on the weapon's activated appearance pulsate.
