What Class and Build are you guys using, which classes/builds are you the most effective against and what classes/builds are your weaknesses? I would love to know!

Don't know if this is the right section of the forum, as it's not really a discussion, but anyway.

Myself I run a 5 Focus build with high Tech, Support and Dex, I'm a Bounty Hunter.

Weaknesses would be about any build using smoke screen and great strength, as I have no possible way to counter them besides a block or two, or going first. Others I lose against are Support Mercs who Aux then use Artillery Strike and K.O you in 2 turns, you know what I'm talking about, although this is only if I forget to heal...

Aside from these builds alone, I guess I occasionally lose due to deflections and Azrael's Will. Less than 60 HP left and get hit by Surgical Strike often buries me alive, too.

Tac merc with heavy support for heal and artillery strike.

Right now im using a dex abuse cyber build. Weakness is emps. Normal build is a posion 5focus max heal weakness. Azreal abuse combined with my own mistakes (sometimes i forget they have the gun or i dont check my health

I run a 5-focus BM.
Complete layout:
86/64 hp/mana
60 str
82 dex
96 tech
45 support
7/3 armor setting

1-1-2
9-8-x
2-4-x
4-x-7



It is still an experimental build, however it works ok in 1v1 and 2v2 - it is very solid against npc (from where it descends).
Sure it misses 1 HP per attack, but it gains versatility in skills. Which is, in my opinion, very well worth it.
It can counter str/support abusers, tank merc/t.merc, str BM, and most other builds. It can, but it is subordinate to who goes first, crit/deflect/block - so to say a reverse luck build.
I like it very much, as it is not the average str BM, somewhat tactical, and (ab)uses the current luck state of ED.
Azraels force-attack is not so much a problem here.


Weakness: smart players.
Yea, copy-pasters are more-or-less easy to beat, but players who know their business are tough to beat. And i really HATE rage stealing attacks.
The new piston strike, as well as frost shards and emp are not so much are problem, though, if you know your business.

 Going a support Tech Mage with moderate defences.

Str: 38
Dex: 49
Tech: 48
Support: 65

Weaknesses: Players 4-5 levels higher than me! Other than that, a strength BM or strength Bounty Hunter. The Yeti's Chomp skill is deadly and takes everything I have to attack!

I'm a high Health, high Strenght offensive Bounty Hunter with a lot invested in defensive skills.
Primary/Side arm: 20-24 +36/35
Health points: 110
Energy points: 63
Auxiliary: 5-6 +39
Defense: 23-28 +5
Resistance 16-20 +5
Maxed Reflex Boost with a level 6 Energy Shield, level 3 Field Medic along with a level 5 Smoke Screen, and ofcourse Maxed Bloodlust.
The build is specialy effective againts debuff users and pretty much anything that can be shielded, suprisingly Blood Mages aswell! The great thing is that I managed to move the Energy Cost along to 21 EP per skill for every skill that I will most likely use. So, I've come up with 63 Energy Points which is enough for either three Smoke Screens, three Heals, three Reflex boosts and three Energy shields, ofcourse you're gonna see a mixed skill-use, but the cost of all the skills I've listed here is 21 EP and so it perfectly matches up. Just thinking about making Generator to 9/21 HP/EP regain in order to gain another skill-use.

But the weaknesses, ofcourse Strenght-Support Tech Mage and the general Tactical Mercenary build, the Mercenaries are a so-so class to be threated by, but it really depends on the opponents build.

In short, this build is great and makes me have fun with the Bounty Hunter again! ^^

I'm a Mercenary with an strength build. Max maul,berserker,static smash, it's working pretty well right now. Haven't lost much with it so far.
94 hp
75 energy
77 + 31 Strength
51 + 31 Dex
37 Tech
20+11 support

 Im a Merc spamming support and tech. I bunker buster, artillery strike, then aux.

 TLM with poison/strength/stun grenade. High health, 60-70 str/dex, rest in health. Start off with level 10 poison nade, sidearm if they smoke and stun grenade otherwise, provided they don't have something I need energy to heal for, e.g. supercharge/massacre, etc. Level 3 battery backup, incase I desperately need a heal. Works pretty well, this build.

cheapshot bh build.

i find it really strong and underrated , you can easily do up to 35 dmg on someone with 40 defence when they go " i got 40 defence and 30 hp and he is a bounty so he can't kill me" and then they just get a huge disapointment in themselves.

it's trully a gamechanger , not sure why they made it 2 turns Cooldown.

and a good deal of smoke and mark of blood and reflex boost and energy shield and static grenade , i am ready for anything.

althought i don't abuse it usually but you can troll a tlm with static grenade by just stealing his energy and healing , i guess he was mad

I try to be unique with my builds... If Balance gets fixed involving BHs and their Static Grenade and Infernal Android
my build would work pretty well

I created a TLM build functioning off both types of grenades available, and they go far when it comes to seeing off those typical TM and BH builds. Win rate is what excites me, but battles are simply too long for me to play much.

I am a Caster Tech Mage.
I was before the passive to active change, so I'm not exactly a mindless drone xD
My skill tree:
4-3-4
2-1-1
1-M-1
6-4-0

Primary: Black Abyss Physical Staff Thingy (useful for the core, but you can improvise)
Sidearm: Azrael's Energy Gun Thingy (Pretty much any gun, not important)
Aux: Azrael's Aux Energy Thingy (Doesn't really matter what aux)
Robot: Pyro Fly (Can substitute the Posion Bots)
Armor: Nighwraiths Duds 10 Defense (Can use any armor)

This is a great build that I recently made, Pyro Fly makes it epic, but you can use the poison bots.
All the other weaps/armor can be anything.

Weaknesses: Bounty Hunters that have Static Charge, ugh so many of those. But if you use Pyro Fly and it takes out Static Charge you will win. Other than that, some Str/High Health builds, but that's it. The only class that has beaten me so far is BH.

Strengths: Any class besides BHs, CHs and Texh Mages especially b/c if you use Pyro Fly on them it's great.
Like I said, if you get rid of BHs Static C your golden .

This build is amazing and if you're a TM/wanna be one I suggest you use this build, the bots are the biggest have to have, doesn't matter what other weaps.

My Win/Loss ratio so far with said build:

^Yep my build is similar except I took some points off Battery and put it on assimilation.
Wish I had Pyro Fly >.< but Poison Bot is so awesome and uber hax lol (to me its 100% better than Infernal Android)

Note
Armor defences. +10 defence helps againts boyntys. ´+5/+5 defence/resisntace neutral. +10 help against TM and CH.

Primary: Infernal interdictor (this can be any maul still good)
Gun: Azrael anquish P (pretty good suprise moment)
Armor: All. I using critical heal and generator.
Aux: azrael anhilitaor P (no matter what aux core is)
Bot: Pyrofly (this is soul of this build) This tell yours final tactic. use 1 turn or at least 2 turn. (Maybe others bot can be good too)



Good sides this build.
I can suprised many players this build. Many player dont know how to play against this type build. This build is nasty wayto healing. Heal , generator , surcical strike. All those can heal and those heals can give suprise advantage too. Sometimes bunkkers give nice damage to critical/s. This build can doing surcical Strike even 2 times. This build can steal back some energy too. (use wisely) I can beat sometimes even OP boynty and even some OP Techmage. (i need really much luck) 166 energy give freedom to tactic. IT is big advance sometimes. Pyrofly is nasty suprised ^^



Bad sides is. Emps. strong debuffs. Extreme glass cannons is dangerous. 2-3 hit can kill. Hatchling Rush is very dangerous. Even i heal 3 times. (heal, generator and surcical strike) . Bloodmages is gods againt this build. Why? Parasite is extreme powerful against this build. only way to beat bloodmage is. pyrofly or bloodmage doing fatal tactic error. Poison bot and IA bot is always big broplem. This build lose always Tmerc poisongrenade, high support build. Pyrofly is useless sometimes.


Do you find others class anything interesting? like high energy boynty. Or high energy bloodmage. or high energy cyberhunter ytc......

Nice, I have Poison Bot too and I used it with the build, but trust me Pyro Fly is waaaay better!
I rage quit during the Infernal War and then bought the bot and couldn't sell it thankfully and I quit until now, and I'm so glad I wasn't able to get rid of it xD
