Alert would be placed right under focus.
Alert is going to be used to try and take away some high health builds.

1000+ health= -15 resistance and defense.
1050+ health= -25 resistance and defense.
1100+ health= -30 resistance and defense.
1150+ health= -35 resistance and defense.
1200+ health= -50 resistance and defense.
1250+ health= -65 resistance and defense.
1300+ health= -80 resistance and defense.
1350+ health= -95 resistance and defense.
1400+ health= -110 resistance and defense.
1500+ health= -125 resistance and defense.

As you can see, It takes away a great chunk of resistance and defense as the health gets higher. Once someone goes past 1400 the defense and resistance will go down -15 every 100+ health. Reasons why this should happen, I believe it would help Nerf strength builds with such high health.
A lot of this probably has similarities to agility from back in Delta phase.

This is what would happen if someone went over 1500 health.
1600+ health= -140 resistance and defense.
1700+ health= -155 resistance and defense.
1800+ health= -170 resistance and defense.
1900+ health= -185 resistance and defense.
2000+ health= -200 resistance and defense.
Now that I think you get the point, Please leave a comment below.

You want 1800 health builds to just have 100 def/res? That's not a very good balance solution, it just destroys the build completely. And most builds.

Not supported

Agility was a band aid fix that was admitted by the staff to begin with. Last thing we need is to add a recycled rerun of a bad idea just because people want to use high health builds. A better solution would be to fix the root of the problem instead of putting patches on a gaping wound.

not supported in the least. this is actually way more severe than agility in the past, like ridiculously more severe. Back then 125 HP or less would lead to -1 on defense/resistance. Convert these numbers to the current system and that means back then the equivalent of 1250 HP only reduced defense and resistance by 10 each, whereas you suggest -65 on defense and resistance.

This will just make everyone a focus build or low-moderate HP caster.

Maybe instead of -15, could become -5 each time
Example:
1000+ health= -5 defense and resistance.
1100+ health= -10 defense and resistance.
1200+ health= -15 defense and resistance.
1300+ health= -20 defense and resistance.
1400+ health= -25 defense and resistance.
1500+ health= -30 defense and resistance.
After 1500 it would do -2 defense and resistance.
Example:
1600+ health= -32 defense and resistance.
1700+ health= -34 defense and resistance.
1800+ health= -36 defense and resistance.
Then after 50+ health from 1800 which is 1850 goes up by 1.
1850+ health= -37 defense and resistance.
1900+health= -38 defense and resistance.
1950+ health= -39 defense and resistance.
2000+ health= -40 defense and resistance.

You might have not been around, but they used to have a system like this. They removed it because it was terrible.

Was it really that bad? I was around with it but I never used high health builds until this phase it self. I just had this come to mind and put it out there, It was just a random thought and I wanted to post it anyways. Didn't really mind if it was supported or not. Just the chance to see if it could get supported, and if not then I don't mind.

You cant force people use low hp builds :3 they have less stats to invest into other stats already

Actually, the "agility" concept wasn't bad. Realistically, less life would make you react faster and more life would make you have slower reflexes. If it was ever put back in game, they would need to incorporate luck-based effects (blocks, crits, deflects) AND def/res into consideration. I do not support this suggestion as it is not well thought out and would over-nerf all builds with high life. I do think, however, they should give agility another go.

Agility is inherently a poorly thought out system.
If at any point you have to implement a system to counteract another one that was meant to work independently, the initial system is broken *coughdef/rescough*

The whole idea about limiting players is bad. Currently we have this diminishing returns thing going on which only hurts the game by making every player to go for the same stat layout. Does this look familiar?

Not supported because we have enough limits as of now.
