Heres my suggestion let say you know once you step into level 33 above you get the legendary land mine where you might face 40s and die a lot so let say you get enough exp to level but you can chose not to level up instead stack them until your level 40 your self or chose to get your level 30 down to 3(Of course still being able to get it up back) like our weapon stats enchancements so that if advance is to hard for us we can return to lvl 1 and get a better chance at winning

If you want to play at lower level, create another character. Stacking Experience and staying at the "easier level" and then leveling up to L40 immediatelly not only screws the balance at your existing level, but would also imbalance the ranges between L30 and L40, where most players struggle.

Definitely not supported. I doubt this can even be coded, to stack Exp without leveling up.

Actually with this update since they fixed the bug, you won't be stepping into the legendary players play ground until you get to level 38 (since level 40's can only fight 38-40 now)

But not supported.

This is a band aid solution to a problem that needs to be addressed, and this will also screw up match making for other levels besides level 40 because that will be (insert X number of players here) avoid leaving up to keep away from 40's which in turn will penalize everyone else between their level and 40.

It's actually possible given their system. Probably not too excruciatingly difficult to execute either; when you level you it says "apply points now" or "level up later." All the staff needs to do is disable the inability to gain EXP at this point if you decide not to level up yet.

If you stack it up and level up to 40 all at once and at the same time, I can imagine 3 things happening:

1. You just get consecutive level ups in a row
2. You get 1 level up, you gain EXP and get another level up, until you reach the right level given your EXP. This happens very often in fan-made RPGs using MMO engines and source codes because the level-up system typically checks at the end of a fight, since you only gain EXP from fights.
3. It just glitches out and dies. This would probably be somewhat easy to fix.

Aside from that, not supported for above stated reasons.

Disabling Exp could work, but the suggestion is about disabling leveling up and stacking all the Exp - until your are L40. That's what I meant in my post + you've covered it well too.

There's a problem that has to do with weapons regarding this. You can max out a weapon's damage but keep the stats low, and the weapons level will stay low.
