Removal of 10x
Support investment determines rage
These 2 are first needs to be done
10x removed will make it easier to adjust the future balance issues
Convert battery back to reroute
Ch merc and tlm passive armors back
Mage deadly aim back.
All the 10x did was make the game energy based.

10x for the most part doesn't even impact balance that much.

Not supported because I feel like it's a waste to invest 3 of those extra stat points into dex when I only need 1 more to get that extra point of defense. With the 10x I don't feel like I'm missing out anymore. Also helps with energy costs and damage rounding to be more accurate.

More like return all passives back to their original states with maybe a bit of tweaking. But that will probably never happen.

Actually, the 10x change actually made it easier to balance. If a skill did too much damage at 33 damage, but too little at 32, then we'd just be out of luck. But now we can just make it 325 instead of either 320 or 330. It's not a great example, but hopefully it gets the point across. Not only that, but it makes the game make a lot more sense and easier to jump into when making a build. Now every stat point matters instead of you having to invest 3-5 stats into something to see a change. I know I found it weird when I first played and putting points into my stats didn't do anything at first until I put enough in.

10x has nothing to do with affecting energy. That was passives to actives, and making cores cost energy.

I understand but the old passive armors need to go back to passive set scale max +120 or +100
deadly aim not so sure but maybe
