EFFECT
  • Both normal Player attacks and weapon Specials do randomly either Water or Energy damage.

    DESCRIPTION
    A powerful weapon that randomly shifts its elemental alignment to deal either Energy or Water damage to your foes, but is far stronger than a normal weapon because of elemental volatility.
