That's not exactly how these logins work. You still have to use the password associated with your account, the only thing that changes is whether or not you want to type in your username or email. If these services had my email's password, I'd be seriously worried and would jump off their service. Besides, if you forget your password, you can click on 'Forgot Password,' type in your email, log into your email and get the correct your password emailed automatically. You shouldn't really be using services if you don't know your account's information there.
