I was thinking of some skills improving with % AND an exact number. This would add way more versatility to the game IMO.

Heal could work 200 hp + 20% of your hp.

The base would be determined by 3 things
1.) Your level (The higher your level the higher the base heal)
2.) The main improves with e.g. support (The higher your support the higher the base heal)
3.) The level of the skill (Quiet obvious but this would increase the energy cost of the skill)

The % would only be affected by one thing - the secondary improves with.

In this example energy (for every 5 points you invest in to energy the 1% of heals heath regeneration increases)

This would also be a way of separating and making more unique skills depending on the class.

E.g. A TM malf could just have the base (As it is now)

Whilst CH malf could have the base a bit lower and the secondary improves with dexterity.

So now CH malf would work like this

Your level + Your support + The skill level + % (Determined by dex) of your technology.

TL;DR
Adding secondary improves with could make this game more interesting.
