I could not support this more. The closest thing we have is Concusssion Shot aux core, and that is anything but tactical. 60% of the time it doesnt put the right skill on cool down. The other 40% of the time it is absolutely game changing, and can almost guarantee a win. Having a controlled method of disabling skills for an entire game would be wonderful, and strategic. I would suggest leaving it with disabling Strike, Sidearm, Aux, or Bot (you choose). I think having it do 1 out of top 5 skills would just cover what Concussion does. Having it do one of the pieces of equipment would be best, since that is unique (though the bunny bot SORTA works against strike, and Cyber Yeti's block/deflect guarantee sorta does this two, but only for 2 turns). Additionally, this could actually be complemented by Concussion Shot for "disablement" builds, which could specialize in scrwing up people's attacks. Just a thought.
