As the 1st suggestion to it failed let me tell u guys my second one

Static charge is the only skill that improves with 2 things (Support and strength) this make it really weak as support doesnt go with strength at all (except in glass cannon which was nerfed by the P to A change)

so my suggestion is:

1
Make it improve with strength only

or

2
buff it

EX. max level 60% energy + 1% per 4 support points

3
or Give it a fixed amount of energy and make it improve with support

EX.210 +1 per support (max level)

^ that's not bad i like it so on 45 flat support it goes on 71.25 % that's not bad, example (sword only) : (360 x 71.25) / 100 = 256.5 energy . << decent and then we have to buff bh's energy gain to 80 % and lower the energy drain from 300 to 280 on 45 support cause on flat 45 support (300 energy drain 65% get) bh's get 195 energy compared to 256.5 is a lot weak so i suggest to lower the energy drain by a little bit and buff the energy gain from 65 % >> 80 % energy gain and 280 energy drain on 45 flat support that gives them 224 that's decent . and do the same for merc class .
