 Are we talking random order that changes on relog or random order that changes every fight

While this would indeed put an end to the smart bot problem, It will cause another problem in the form of whiteout core. It's only counter is memorizing where the locations of your skills are, and if this went into play Whiteout would become 100% overpowered especially if the person using the core goes first. Duels will become more luck based if this happened.

^ Ofcourse some attacks will hold their place, such as auxilliary/sidearm/primary attacks and also armor cores (generator)... Health medic can also hold it place as it is considered as an important move, ofcourse some other moves can hold their place, or maybe whiteout core can hide your moves for 2 turns only.. Whiteout core is totally useless now, on top of the fact that it is a rechargeable core, it is a one time use core, since your opponent will make sure he screenshoted the places of his skill moves in his computer or his head. If such change could get implemented, not only this core will become playable again, but botting will be from the past. So I don't consider whiteout core as an obstacle here.

 Both this system and the Captha are anti-botting systems and both of them have been tried and removed from the game. Doesn't tat has to make you wonder about how effect they are in practice as opposed to theoretically ending botting

I support this and whiteout should have a 1 turn warm up so u cant use it in the 1st turn

and i agree with machaar it should hide it for only 2 turns
