If you're using a Ranged weapon that isn't 100 proc, then it does its Brain attack of 2 hits.
If the monster has >0 INT, then all normal player attacks, weapon special, and spells gain +10% damage. Magic weapons get *4/3 of the boost, and spells get *1/2 of the boost.

Attack #2 does 100% damage. With two equally powerful hits, each hit does *1/2 damage.
The armor's mastercraft bonus is used for getting the damage boost if the monster has >0 INT.
All this has ALREADY been factored into the above numbers.
Updates
February 7, 2015: The armor was released. On that day, if you paid 250 Z-Tokens, cleared all battles, found and defeated Brain Spider from that quest, then you could buy the Brain Spider Shapeshift. Otherwise, it was available on February 13, 2015 as its first day release sequence.
