Internet Connection (wireless, high-speed, etc.): high-speed

Brief Description: The skills supposed to deal 85% damage. Now here are the facts.

-I have a primary E wep with 564 base damage
-My opponent had 405 resistance based defense.
-85% of 564 is 479.4
-Now the base 479.4- his base of 405 is equal to 74 (about. 74 should have been the LOWEST damage possible.
-I only hit 33.

Step by step to replicate: 1) Make a merc
2) Use adrenaline rush with a noticeably amount of str
3) Observe

less than 100 % damage are all bugged look at parasite adrenaline assimilation all deal way less then they attend , oh yeah not to forget Azrael's will (force) also deal way less than that cause I usually deal like 80 - 180 with my gun but when I use force I always hit 30 idk why .
