So before I bought like 12k Varrium for ED , I still have like 4000 something id like fora system to reverse payment like convert Varrium to Artix points so i can atleast salvage the money lost on other decent artix games so i can buy AQ coins , Or use it to try out mech quest and get a starcaptain or something

I disagree to this idea.
Many people could easily just abuse that kind of system in which one could buy a 10k package -- 10k Varium + Freebie Items, and then convert the Varium back to Artix Points but still keep the items.
Rinse-and-Repeat.

In the future, you can contact the help team and ask for a refund, but since the refund policy is clear on not giving out refunds when the currency has been spent, there won't be a system that would let you do that.
