Okay, both of these cores are never used ingame anymore, they are outclassed by Generator and Piston Punch so here is my suggestion on how to improve these two cores.

Chairman's Fury
I believe this core should have it's energy cost removed, damage should be set to 105% and rage steal to 30%

Armored Roots
I believe this core should also have its cost removed and its effect increased by 15%

Agreed 100% on chairman core. I don't really like the idea of armored roots being buffed, it's basically hybrid armor and I feel like it should be exclusive to mercenaries only, I'm glad nobody uses it lol.

if a core isnt being used much it means its not as good as others, this means it needs to be buffed, i dont like stuns being in the game but they are

Chairman's fury buff yea... it's been said a lot....

Armored Roots.... really?
How about the Blood Hawk one that takes ur energy too when you strike?

The Blood Hawk core is meant to be a bad active core with a good passive core, not meant to be the best, atleast thats how it seems to me
