EFFECT

All normal player attacks take -3 BTH and deal *85/82 damage.
TRIGGER
Against monster category Undead, the weapon deals +10% damage. In addition, the -3 BTH ~ *85/82 lean is changed to a +4 BTH ~ *85/89 lean.
If you have the Paladin class title or are wearing a Paladin armour, then there is no downtrigger.
If you have the Necromancer class title or are wearing a Necromancer armour, then the weapon deals -10% damage against any monster that isn't Undead.
If you're neither a Paladin or a Necromancer (see above), then the weapon deals -5% damage against any monster that isn't Undead.
DESCRIPTION
A simple yet very effective axe, capable of slaying all manner of Undead with great ferocity and accuracy.
