Alright I know you will say I'm crazy because CH mass is strong. Sure, you are right, but CH is bad with other kind of build. So after massacre is nerfed then this skill should be buffed.
The reason is simple, when you use static charge your energy is automatically stolen, all the other classes has something to steal it. TM assimilation, BH static grenade, Merc static smash and BM parasite. The only one which won't drain your energy is TlM and is quite weak in this meta so you won't find them.
This becomes worst in late gaming when you are out of energy. As soon as you use static charge, your opponent use any skill to drain almost all your energy. The only 'good' thing is that you will have static charge faster than your opponent gets his skill cause static charge needs 3 turns while all energy skills need 4. Nice, I can use static charge again in 3 turns without loosing any energy, but hm im missing something? Oh wait, yes, Im giving free energy.
Even if static charge had 2 turns CD it would be still weak.

Compare it with TM, they can generate 333 energy and then they have assimilation just in case someone drains a part of that energy (all energy drainer skills takes less than 300 energy). CH generates around 250 energy (if is not all drained, you will have less than 50 energy) and if they lose all their energy has nothing else to do. The only advantage this skill has with battery back up is that this one strikes the opponent what really means nothing because TM after battery will use assimilation which also deals damage.

I'd buff static charges % so they can get almost 300 energy, in this way at the end you'll gain a bit less than 100. And adding a secondary effect which reduce the EMP energy cost by 50% if your energy is lower than 250. Why this? Well as I explained before, when you use battery you are giving energy to your opponent, for sure in most of cases. If you have less than 250 energy, emp might be expensive even though it costs 100. You can not waste your energy left just to take the energy you have gifted with static charge.

Or at least EMP cost should be lowered, compare it with atom smasher it takes at level 1 almost 300 by 60 energy, that's insane. EMP takes between 285 and 465 (with 164 tech) and it's energy cost goes from 100 to 200. level 1 takes 285 which (almost same ammount as atom smasher) and it needs 40 more energy than atom.

No, because it does 100% damage. Other skills skip your turn. And because CH has Shadow Arts, which reduces all drains (well, except for Assimilation and Parasite).

I think buffing EMP is enough. It'd be a much more direct way of buffing non-Support builds.

Cyber Hunter would be a fine build once CH mass is finally nerfed.

Hm sure, then just reduce static charge damage.

CH would be fine? tell me which build, because Im trying to find another build than mass and it doesn't work. Tech is bad, i can not generate enough energy. Strength works better but not nice, really weak against tanks. etc
