I like a lot of Foulman's ideas, especially having some multi attacks scaling with tech and having field commander give energy returns for tlm. I do have a few additions to make, however. f = I agree with Foulman's idea for this ability. BH: Multi Shot : f Stun Grenade : needs better scaling. This was nerfed because NW was scared dex builds would be to strong. Venom Strike : f Cheap shot? : f CH: Plasma Grenade : f , but I want to add this is almost fine as is. I am doing a super tech(180 with weapon stat bonuses) build for 2v2 right now and it is killing it with this ability. My build is probably the only build though that this skill is good in. EMP Grenade : This is almost fine as well, I would like to see 3 cooldown instead of 4. I also want Shadow Arts overhauled. Either a passive version of active SA or replaced with Diamond Blades. I would like to see an overhaul of Shadow Arts as well, but I am scared that any buff to it would put BH and CH over the top. If you also buff deadly aim, adrenaline, and frenzy back to old way, THEN I would feel better about buffing Shadow Arts to something like old active SA or Diamond Blades. I would like to see Parasite buffed or reworked as well. Its kind of a joke for energy manipulation compared to the other classes. Either buff the %, or change it to a 0 cost offensive ability as others have suggested on these forums.
