I have determined these spells are better than Skill Scrolls for a warrior and I'd like to get them but where?

Can Anyone tell me where Burning Solstice quest is? Thanks

Go to today's events and the Burning solstice is there. Warmaster's Burst is located in the second last quest in the chain, the one with the super tough boss that it is ok to lose too.
