Deatharrows Cat has the same effect as Model 294 from Mecha Knight, but the former uses Monster Int and the latter Monster End for the save. 294 gets a +4% melee Full Set Bonus if Mecha Knight armor + shield is equipped and doesn't inflict EleVul is the effect is already applied from another source, thus it cannot stack EleVul.
