I'm currently completing Mogloween Chapter 13. I've completed all the quests up to Free the "Candy"
However, it won't let me advance past that. Free the "Candy" is the most recent quest showing up in Chapter 13. I've completed it over 20 times, but it still hasn't unlocked the next quest. Is there something I'm missing?
EDIT: Corrected a mistake on what Mogloween chapter I was completing

Free the "Candy" is the final quest for Mogloween Chapter 13/2018. There's no accessible Croft, Merge shops or Masks for it sadly, and it looks as though this year won't be any different.
