I have now started posting Narrative Design Notes, detailing narrative development and concerns for AdventureQuest. The first post covers my design principles as a writer and the matter of Chosen's alignment — A topic that has been largely unaddressed, but will yield many interesting opportunities now that we have addressed it.

A few immediate thoughts
i). Excited that this issue has been addressed, given now it can be worked back into quests. It was something I really liked about the devourer saga
ii). This is a really good way of dealing with the issue at hand. Making the alignment choices more subtle is a much better way to fit the character's status as a Hero, as well as giving us the flexibility to imagine our own backstory and motivations. You truly have reworked the moral compass as an asset rather than a hindrance. I couldn't have asked for more.

Glad you have come aboard the game. The depth of your writing has tremendiously (spelling?) taken the game to a whole new level.
Appreciate all you are doing to make my small amount of free time a whole lot more enjoyable.

Background is a highly interesting concept, and I look forward to seing how it will be implemented.

This sounds very promising and I am really looking forward to it.

I personally hope to eventually see a background story connected to the moglins, since they have some specacular abilities, but how did they actually acquire these abilities?
