So, is the Kindred armor still the best FO Water armor in the game, or has Quenching Bloodzerker outclassed it, assuming you don't feel like taking the time to build Kindred charges for nukes?

Kindred is pretty much a boss-only armor, and even then only for the strongest ones, like DUM. For casual questing the Bloodzerker is far superior, both for the passive damage boost effect and the togglable 2x damage, especially when paired with Morningstar Cross or the Order weapons.

Mages may prefer Hydromancer Bloodmage instead.
