1) Belt and Necklace are still BiS, and are definitely worth farming for; Ring is almost outclassed by several Inn and other expensive purchases (e.g. Soulforged Rings, which are even better offensively), so would probably only be worth investing in if you had leftover DMs after getting the Belt and Necklace. Of the two, I'd recommend getting the Belt first, simply because there are less upgrades required (23 for max Belt vs. 35 for max Necklace), so you're going to be able to get a better item quicker, while spending less DMs in the process. 2) The quickest and most useful non-accessory item would be any of the Escelense Defender weapons; costing only 100 DMs (and 10 Atela Armaments, which still drop from the Wrath of Wargoth waves) this weapon provides a 30% damage boost to Elemental-type enemies, which is very useful considering how common they are. You don't even need to reach the max level; simply show the low-level variant over any weapon to receive the damage boost. Other useful items would be the Elemental Unity Defender and Defender Cannon trinkets; both are extremely powerful, top-end trinkets, but require a lot of DM investment. 3) Honestly, no. All of the stuff you want is already available, and anything that may show up as a seasonal rare is able to be easily farmed for during the respective event. 4) See 2; a low-level Escelense weapon only costs 100 DMs and will provide the 30% damage boost even when just shown, including to the monsters in Voltabolt's Challenge, which is a popular quest for leveling up.
