Blarney War - Gold Thriller:
Pestilence has grossly underestimated Sham's greed and HexSham hijacks the entire plan! Cursing and consuming as much gold as possible, growing more and more powerful in the process! It's the one time of year when we can be 100% sure that Uncle Sham will have all of his clothes on! Especially because, as we all know, NOTHING SPOOKY ever happens on Thursday the 12th... right?

No, Hollow confirmed that no GGB items are going rare this week since it took them 3 weeks to get all items out.

  • Finally something that I can be excited about, the Deatharrows Cat as a "Light" pet, Beast-master's rejoice! Looks like "Happy Cloud" won't be so happy about this incoming release after all.

  • @Hollow, can you provide us with the information regarding which element this monstrous scythe follows? From the looks of it, I'm assuming Energy but it can very well be Ice. Please let this not be yet another addition to the Darkness weapon lot, we already got that covered in the crossover for last month.

  • Lets see what this year's Blarney War has in store for us.

    		Looking forward to collecting Blarney rewards. I re-did my build and my estate since the last war. There are a lot of ways I can nuke stuff now :D

    		 The Devourer of Souls Scythe will not be another Darkness weapon. We have a lot going on this week so the release schedule will be:

    GGBs on Thursday
    Blarney War on Friday
    Status System update late Friday or possibly Saturday

    		 Imanok Edoc Spell is in the Limited-Time Shop for now, until we get all tribute items moved permanently to the new Memorial Shop. Legion Mount should be updated next week.

    		What is this about the legion mount being updated? Is the effect being changed from the mount/unmount thing to something else?
    And is the ImanoK spell a reference to anything?

    		 Imanok is a reference to the Konami Code. Try reading it backward. The creator of it recently died, so it's a commemoration item.

    The Legion Paragon Fiend Mount is currently not MC'ed compared to the Thunderbird mount armor from donation contest. For that reason, LPFM is going to get updated to be MC'ed.
    Kamui has stated that it is going to have a skill for both mounted and unmounted mode, with the unmounted skill being locked to Energy, while the mounted skill will follow weapon element.

    		 Imr is still working on the status system update, and with the Blarney War ready being such a big release, the war is also coming Saturday. The initial release of the Status System will be focusing on functionality. Once we make sure everything is working properly, then we will add the nice UI updates.

    We have a Spring Z-Token Sale until April 3rd! Get up to 25% more Z-Tokens with each package. The larger the Z-Token Package you buy, the more bonus Z-Tokens you receive!

    		 I've hit max momentum, so I'll be taking a break for now. My hatred towards GO-LD Walkers has been reaffirmed.

    Just wondering, but what're everyone else's setups? I'm using Terror Fist Imbue + White Knight Z for everything but Necrochaun, which only requires White Knight Z. This does, unfortunately, create a terrible habit of hitting Terror Fist even against Necrochaun , but that's what Fire Dragon Talon's for. This is rather P2W. However, since everything I've faced so far is weak to wind with the exception of GO-LD Walker, which is still neutrally resistant, it seems that Warmaster's Burst + Aeromancer's Robes would be an excellent F2P option for this war.

    		 @zekefreed777 Does Infinita Staff work with Lord of the Skies's skill? That has some very interesting implications if it does.

    @Conspiracy Leprechauns always give a lot more gold than most other mobs. This is somewhat mitigated by the huge gold cap increase that came out relatively recently. I'm more surprised that there weren't that many people participating in this war since as Kurtz mentioned, people are stuck at home.

    		^ I wish it did, but it doesn't. What I adapted to doing instead is using Werepyre armor instead with buffs to mow down GO-LD walkers easier.

    		 I deal with GO-LD Walkers by using Shadowfeeder Gauntlet to get Celerity followed by two darkness-imbued Radiant Lances. At 100 Momentum, I can get away without any further boosts beyond booster pet and guest. It's not quick enough to make the ~20 second saving mark, but it gets pretty close.
