The unique attack button special is essentially just for flavour, they are interesting but certainly nothing you'd want to attempt to integrate into any battle strategy when you have far stronger skills.
In my experience, Egg 28 is pretty great (I have this on my tertiary character), as it doubles the amount of turns on hit attacks temporarily. I probably wouldn't recommend Egg 35 simply because, well, why involve any more RNG than you have to, and the chance of having 3 abilities stacked at once is very low, I'd assume, since it's only a chance to apply on attack.
