1. Is there a special standard for what a Backlash is worth?
2. What are sources of Backlash currently?
3. Can Backlash be any other element besides Harm?

Previously Backlash was equal to the enemies' damage, and after my balance thread pointed out that the player's Neutral lean damage is approximately twice of a standard Power 1 mob, IMR modified Backlash percent by Player Damage/Enemy Damage.

Waqaya
Call/Summon Dread Fiend of Nulgath
Summon Essence of Carnage from The Greatest Warrior II
Mirrored Specs available in the future by trading
Dragonsblood Charm

Backlash from an Offensive source Weapon/Skill/Spell/Pet/Guest are elementalized while Defensive source Armor/Shield/Misc are Harm.
