For spells:

250 Base INT + Celtic Wheel (+50 INT) + Arcane Amp (+105 INT) = 405 INT

Poelala Guest +20.5%
Poelala Pets +12.4%
Blade of Frostval Past +54%
Arctic Athame +37.5% (>0 INT opponent)

Cryomancer Bloodmage skill 248-745 & 1539.9% stat

Stat damage is 6236.6?? 405 + 1539.9%
Plus 556.51 - 1,671.79

Assuming the monster has 100% ice modifier, the attack should be doing 6793 - 7908 damage, but even against a 150% modifier, it does about half that.

Master List of Game Formulae in section 2 and 15 explains how to calculate damage with stats, additionally Booster Pet/Guest do not affect Lucky strike damage.

Stats do not directly add with Stat Damage%, they undergo division as stated in section 2, then are multiplied by Stat Damage%, the damage is distributed 25% to Base and 50% to Random.
