The top estate list is suppose to be organized by total level of estate items. But that list has estates with levels that are not maxed out.

For instance, the Deren Mansion Estate has a max level of 322. But only the top 3 estates on the list are at that level and then starts going down to 316, 305 etc. And I know that more than 3 people have Deren Mansions with level 322 (my alt is one for instance).

So why are estates of lower level shown?

Estate listings are most likely to have the same base conditions from the Homes list, "sorted by the value of the house plus total value of house items".
