Assume Level 150G for the following balance calculations:
Formula (.92*NormHeal+.08*CritHeal)/(.25*ResourceCost) = (.9 Always useful +.05 MC)

Pixel Ether
(.92*118+.08*191)/(.2*653) = .9482

Essence Orb
(.92*88.98+.08*144.59)/(.25*392) = .9534

Discount Mogloween Candy Bag
Max Hp 23.8(5.25+.5625*153+.00375*153^2)/1.4 = 3044.636
(.92*80.874+.08*131.42)/(.25*304.4) = 1.1158
Include Auto Hit 1.1158*.85 = .9484

Not all Healing spells receive both penalties. YBHatSoL only receives the Autohit penalty and not the Always Useful penalty. Maybe they just didn't include it due to the twice per turn limitation.

Sorry, I can't recognize the acronym YBHatSol, its always better to spell out the whole word than to expect other people to share it as common knowledge, especially when we don't have any recent history of conversing with each other, which would allow opportunities to become familiar with frequently used acronyms.

All Hp healing items receive the Auto hit penalty of *.85, even Health Potions, which don't apply for the always useful *.9 for the reason that it is limited by stocked quantity, quickcasts like Gandolphin and damage reduction/chi shield equipment like Grakma/Mutant Egg shield and Baby Eggs are no exception.

It wouldn't be logical to state the usage limitation as an excuse for a missing penalty as there is no evidence provided to support this claim.

If one checks a post's timestamp, this GBI and the the Live GGB release announcement, one would see that it was posted before the Revamp occurred, it uses older info from 2016, below is the new info.

Revamped Discount Mogloween Candy Bag
(.92*158+.08*257)/(.5*304.4) = 1.0901
Include Auto Hit 1.0901*.85 = .9266

Sorry, I thought it was a commonly know acronym since it came out. Your Body Heals at the Speed of Light.
