So with the new Paladin armor, we have a Light armor with a Light resistance of 39%, built in Light attacks of all types, built in guests, varients for almost every build, and acts as a hard counter for undead of all types. Is this now the best Light armor, over previous choices such as White Knight or Lumenancer Bloodmage?

In terms of raw burst damage, Lumeomancer and WKZ are still stronger. If that's what you prefer, then those are still better than Paladin. Otherwise, Paladin is better.

Lumeomancer deals about 15%-20% more damage than Paladin's Overwhelming Light for most FO setups. Without accounting for miscs, Lumeo does anywhere between ~5% less damage to ~10% more damage than WKZ depending on your setup, though WKZ does more damage if you account for a few misc. items that have old multiplicative scaling like Blood Contract.
