I may have left one out, but which of these is the most potent?

Does one tend to have better saves that favor the player? Does one have more turns affected that favor the player? Higher "chance" to not act?

What's the best to stack with? (if you're able to stack from a variety of sources.)

I believe stacking the same effect makes them far far more powerful as opposed to implementing a random effect.

What are some powerful items/strategies you've employed?

The same melee% cost can produce infinite variability among chance of attempting to inflict, status potency and save bonus as they are multiplicative with each other.

If one has status potence, equipment whose status conditions have high save bonuses in exchange for greater chance of attempting to inflict and status potency are more favorable as it increases potence gains when power is more concentrated on each point of the save.

As AQ's engine treats different immobility as separate instances their turn counters all decrease by one as opposed to deducting only one turn from one of the status conditions or an even amount from each, the only immobility status conditions that benefit from another type of immobility are elemental opposites of the likes of Thermal Shock and Freeze, as they increase enemy resistances, applying one after the other means their chance of attempting to inflict are increased by each other on the next application.

It depends on the situation.

Paralysis is great for Nukes. Those 1 or 2 turns are vital for set up. Best for short battles.

Choke is for surviving powerful attacks.

Daze is great for long battles.

Control fulfills a similar role to Paralysis. Better actually, because it often uses CHA for saves.

Fear is the best of them all for long battles, only because of the Terror Eater Set. For long fights, I say Daze is still better. The Dessert Set focuses on Dazing the enemy. Unlike the Terror Eater it is gold! Decent options.

If you are a Werewolf(Snarl Skill) and have the Terror Eater weapon, you get access to one of the most powerful Darkness Nukes in the game.
This becomes even more lethal if you have the Prime Chaos Orb. For the Darkness align enemies.

With the Imbue spells you can change the element. Maybe? I haven't tried it yet.

Panic is also good, but unlike Choke, it does a save every turn right before the monster attacks. Kind of wished the save happens after the monster attacks, but I guess it would be OP that way

Dragonlord's daze skill along with the spark of daw seems to yield pretty good results. And also using the Fear Deer guest from zardwarts places both fear and daze.

Putting the monster through two savings throws yielding good results.

That's what I'm saying, stacking the same, or multiple effects seems to vastly increase the worthiness of utilizing the effects.

I will need to check out sleep and panic.

There is also the hydra pets and guest. They both have a daze attack and it can stack pretty well on long battles.

Plus dragonlord armor skill plus 18th birthday cupcake it's a pretty nice setup.
Ice Cream Scoop is daze weapon as well https://forums2.battleon.com/f/tm.asp?m=22338171 but i rather use dragonlord to get sp back for pets and guest.

Where would one find the hydra stuff? NM, found it. Got all 4.

And wow........ I just used clever disguise and just spammed it, got it to ..for 8 turns, 93% chance to not act.

That's some crazy stacking. See that's what I'm talking about. These effects become outstanding if you stack them
