1. Skycastle gives out 25/25 potions. But obviously this is the most expensive. I assume you want a simple Z-token to potion ratio?
In case of Skycastle, that is 25 for 17500, or 700 per potion.
Forest Log Cabin gives you 10 for 1500, or 150 per potion.
Forest Log Cabin Estate gives you 15 for 2326, or ~155 per potion.
Forest Stone Cottage gives you 20 for 4500, or 200 per potion.
So technically the Forest Log Cabin is the winner but not by much. The Log Cabin Estate will give you 5 more for just a little more. But you probably have some cost-benefit ratio. It is a little outdated but the old Estates guide does tell you how many potions you get per estate/house. Just substitute the price from the guide from what you see in the House Shop to get the correct ratio.
2. Yonder is probably an easy way to get potions. If you have a particularly strong setup you could probably rack up potions really easily. For example a Strong fire setup on Ice Yonder. Otherwise the Crossroads give out potions fairly frequently too (3 per chest, but you can encounter them multiple times per run).
3. Triple Challenge is there too if you have a strong setup.
But overall, your estate will be the fastest source of potions.
