It keeps telling me I have to' complete my training and deal with the mantle'.I'm level 10 Necromancer and done everything.

The class isn't fully out yet. There will be 20 levels (and skills) and an "extra" quest "lvl 21" that will unlock elite versions. Just like the Paladin's.
