Does anyone know if the "Swimming in Riches" Title has a sellback value equal to its cost?

Cause I'd hate to buy it only to find out I just messed up

It has a sellback value of 0.

Use the Gold Storage Chest from Nimrod in the Guardian Tower. It's a level 150 misc. Its sellback value is 1b Gold.
