Hi,

I am looking for a generic spell booster weapon thats not Sila's staff, or one that only affects darkness spells, to partner with Necromancer.

I found one in the info subs when Luminous whiff was released, but it seems it was removed later on.

I know adventurer figure is rare.

The *only* option I see is the darkness mage staff ...which is fine....

BUT, the question I have is is there any benefit to be Necromancer Class officially while using the armor like so many other class armors, or did they leave this aspect out?

If not I can change to wizard and just use that, but if thats not an option, I need options! And if no options...what the heck staff!?!?

We do not have many generic spell boosters. I believe Sila's Staff and Adventurer Figure are the only ones, but Legendary Ash should know better.

There's also Blackbones, but it's completely unusable as a normal weapon unlike the mage staff. When a darkness Bloodblade comes out, it will also work as a darkness spell booster.

I don't believe Necromancer has a title skill. If Paladin is anything to go by, Hexpertise, the class level 0 passive, should be this, but it isn't in-game or in the info subs.

Blackbones will do perfectly fine for now, thank you.

With PCO, there's no need to carry every element anymore. You can specialize in specific ones that do specific things you like.

Kind of ridiculous there's no generic spell boosters in the form of a weapon. Seems like it would make sense to put one on a wand or tome.

Edit- Speak of the devil.......They're releasing darkness and energy cutlasses this week! Perfect!

Technically, Sila's Staff is a tome, and Adventurer Figure is a wand. They also happen to be generic spell boosters, so you're correct in that regard.

Eye of the Underworld that was released with Luminous Whiff is a February Crossover GGB and those do not return after the initial year unless requested in Hollow's General Discussion that asks what items should be returned for Crossover month.

Forgotten's Grim Totem inflicts Afraid when Dark spells are casted worth an equivalent spell boost of 12.5% melee, it is a stronger alternative that works well with Necromancer's Lv 11 skill Grasp Essence's Consume Fear that removes Afraid in return for damage and Lv 5 skill Undead Giant gains +15% damage with Afraid present.

Blackbones for a L85 item is actually really good lol

It boosts darkness spells by 1.1.
It's normal attack is treated as a spell, so in Necromancer it gets spellcaster lean boosts and the anima barrier post attack
It heals 20% of damage, which isnt half freaking bad with the boosts...

I'd love a L150 version!

I'll pick up the darkness cutlass on when they release it
