Can someone help me with a comparison calculation for grakma harbinger vs red server cap?
Build: FO Mage
Level:150
Stats:250 dex/int/luk
Item(s) in question (with Encyclopedia links*): Red server cap vs Grakma harbinger
Any Additional Notes**:
Using bloodmage spell
with arms of the dragonguard +99% crit and ignoring bth (for now)

If possible can the formula used also be linked? I seen the big list of game formula thread before, but im still confused and unsure if its up to date. Would like to dissect it and learn it for myself
Thanks

Elecomp*Accuracy(Base Random Stat%(Base BR+ Mainstat Stat damage in melee% per 200 Stat)+Lucky Strike Stat%*Lucky Strike rate(Lucky Strike Stat damage in melee% per 200 Stat)
1.84977*.90875(3(50+38.5*250/200)+2*.1(115*250/200)) = 543.166% melee standard Bloodmage Elecomp Spell
Grakma Harbinger 85/(85-15.3) = *1.2195 if Accuracy is (100+15.3)% -> 1.84977(85/(85-15.3))(.90875-.153)(3(50+38.5*250/200)+2*.1(115*250/200)) = 550.874% melee
250 Luk is 143.75% melee multiplied by halved base LS to 5% + 45% from Dragonguard = +71.875% melee -> 1.84977*.90875(3(50+38.5*250/200)+2*2*.5(115*250/200)) = 978.119% melee

Master List of Game Formulae states [2]Stat damage, [3]Stat bonuses to hit and [4]Standard Monster Defense that both used to calculate accuracy, [15]Calculating Average Damage Per Turn
This information is also found in [1.0]Stats formulas in Optimization Academy of Lore: Builds and Combat Expectations, where different damage output among various builds are provided.

Sorry to bother again. I'm looking at the game formulae page and theres still some numbers i dont understand. Correct me if im wrong
1.84977 is elecomp on bloodmage
0.90875 is default accuracy against standard monster
85/(85-15.3) is the Grakma dmg multiplier
2*2 is technically double damage from red cap?
.5 is new crit rate (although through my testing, because it always crits, i think its 10% to 5% then it adds on the 99% dragonguard since its a buff?)

I have some questions though
1. why is base random stat% 3?
2. why is base BR 50 ?
2. where is 38.5 and 115 from; how is it calculated?
3. If an additive dmg multi like bloodmage effect is added would it be
Elecomp*Accuracy(Base Random Stat%(Base BR+ Mainstat Stat damage in melee% per 200 Stat)+Lucky Strike Stat%*Lucky Strike rate(Lucky Strike Stat damage in melee% per 200 Stat)*(sum of all additive)*multiplier dmg1*multiplier dmg2

100% melee in Hpcost contributes a +1 to the base of 1 for a normal attack's Lucky Strike Stat%, *2 is the Red Server Cap's 2x multiplier as compensation for halved base rate.
It wasn't mention that Celerity is used to stack Dragonguard for twice the +45% for 2 turns per application, so I assumed 45%, if Celerity was used it would be 95% Lucky strike rate.

1. A standard skill/spell has a BRS% multiplier that is twice of a standard weapon attack in an armor, Bloodmage's Hpcost boost is a *1.5 or +100% melee for a total of *3 to Base and Mainstat damage.
2. Base BR is 50 as that is the Base and Random 's percent contributions to the output total at expected stats at the character's level.
3. 38.5 and 115 are the percent contributions to the output total at expected stats at the character's level, 250 is the new cap and 200 stat is the old cap that used to modify the older and easier to recall percent values, it is derived from an item's BRS% multiplied by the value of Mainstat and Luk after being processed by the stat damage formula.
4. Yes, all additive boosts are added up together prior to being multiplied with multiplicative boosts.

Ok so lets say if i were to use Brilhado Necromancer Robe to cast destruction burst with warlic oblivion sphere with an arcane cutlass (28.125) and with the same stats it would be

1.83616*.90875(3(50+38.5*295/200)+2*.1(115*295/200))*1.25*1.28125 = 946.792

Brilhado Necromancer no longer gives Elecomp after the Spellcaster Lean update , it grants a +37.5% spelll boost, the standard Armor leans do not affect spell inventory skill/spell damage, the older version doesn't boost spells by 25% in addition to its Elecomp, otherwise the calculation with the stated equation is correct keeping in mind that Cutlass and new Spellcaster lean is additive.

Ah I see. Yea i mistakenly added the 1.25 from spellcaster lean, idk why i did that lol

.90875(3(50+38.5*295/200)+2*.1(115*295/200))*(1.28125+0.375)

Thanks a lot for the help and detailed explanation

The .90875 Accuracy is only from 250 Stats, since you added 45 to both Mainstat and Luk, it is increased by +.035.
