Taking a look at your char page, your items are still pretty solid. You might want to max out INT though. If you're going to keep the 50 END, having less LUK would be more appropriate as you can make it up the lost initiative with Ambush Potion from Lucretia. Though the pure build would be more optimized for a traditional mage build.
Bloodmage is still considered top of the line in terms of damage output. Cutlasses are still considered staples of spellcasting builds. There's nothing you're using that's especially out of day, aside from Moglord Crown which is still great in its own right, but might be replaced by something more modern. The AdventurequestWiki has a good guide on what's considered to be optimal for selective categories so feel free to browse that.
