Basically, I want to nuke the enemy with one spell, increasing the damage in whatever way I can, including the use of guests, armor, weapon, pet, spell, and misc and whatever I can. I currently have room in my spell and misc slot, so I wanted to fill them with quickcast skill/spell to empower my spell.

What are some miscs or quickcast skill/spell that increase spell damage or increase spell BTH (spell damage prioritized)? If Warlic's Oblivion Sphere is the best to equip while casting a spell, is there a misc with a quickcast skill/spell that increases spell power or BTH? If so, which is the best?
I know Bag of Mixed Nuts Macadamageya nuts gives 1.1 increase to outgoing spell damage, but I don't know any other quickcast.
As for the spell, I've heard that the Arms of Dragonguard increases lucky strike rate, is there any other skill/spell?

Boosting INT will boost both damage and BTH, so going that route is probably the best way to go if you're asking for both.

Arcane Amplification is a token package that boosts INT by 105 for 3 rounds. This will boost BTH by just under 7.8.
There is a token package pet called Royal Cake that if you set it on charge mode, you can add boosts and one of the boosts is 160 INT for 1 turn. This adds 12 BTH. If you have and use both the pet boost(1 turn) and the arcane amp boost (3 turns) it takes 105*3+160/4=118.75 for the boost.

Miscs- There are a few options. Warlic's Oblivion Sphere is 50 INT/LUK, and locks enemy MP for those that cast spells. So it has a seperate nice utility.
The new A Favour Repaid from this week's quest is 50 INT/STR/DEX so 50 INT/DEX is not the same damage boost as Arcane amp quick cast, but approx the same BTH boost (a hair less)
Blood Contract is *1.1 damage with no upkeep, this is paid for by you're taking increased damage. For blocking builds, this is irrelevant

Pets and Guests- Basically, these are all either token packages or UR GGB but
Poelala- universal magic attack and spell boost. Need 250 int/charisma to get the full boost.
Elemental Boosters- Stronger than Poelala, but specific to the element
Lust/Envy- Increase lucky strike rate by max 40%. Need 250 Luck/Charisma to get to 40%, but no charisma and you're still in the lower 30's. Only works for fire (Lust) and earth )Envy) I *think* for luck players, these are more powerful over time than the other booster pets. These also can toggle to a mode that cuts monster heals by 50%. This is omni-elemental, and works for all HP/MP/SP heals.

Essence of Carnage Guest- The only one you can just quest and go get. Two modes- Mode 1- Backlash and melee/ramged weapon boost. Mode 2- Every time you attack it gains 1% spell boost per landed hit. Once you cast a spell, this resets to 0. In addition, in this mode it has MP regen based on damage. This caps and then has a clawback (return on investment drops drastically) but the MP regen is HIGH. This also needs charisma to maximize it's abilities.

Also, when he returns for the VOID, double Rhubzards is very nice for lucky strikes as their luck steal will make your lucky strikes insane.

Lucky Strikes will give you the highest possible damage, and there are a few ways to increase this.

Arms of dragonguard- UR GGB, casting this spell is lower than normal spell damage, but gives you "hypercritical" status your next turn. This is guaranteed. To maximize this, get celerity and cast it first. The next attack/cast gets it, and the following too. And any regular pets do both turns and the following turn also.

Strawberry/blueberry shieldcakes- Token packages- Nice shields. They charge and if you get enough charges, you can choose a hypercrit option, with this one giving you a 50% increase.

Hypercritical and other lucky rate increasers do not stack, such as Lust/Envy.

Also there is Golden dragon head shield from UR GGB, and blocking an attack gives you up to 33% more lucky strike rate.

You can use bag of mixed nuts as a quick cast, and switch to another boosting misc. Also, you can get the olympax medal and align to whatever element you want and it has a quick cast elemental empowerment that will stack also.
